Description of Service

Lawnvoice is a web-based invoicing application designed specifically for lawn service companies. The Service includes AI-powered features to help streamline invoicing and business operations.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Lawnvoice
• One person or business per account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lawnvoice only for its intended purpose: managing invoices and business operations for lawn service companies.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Abuse the system through excessive API calls, automated scraping, or attempts to overload our servers
• Use AI tools improperly: AI features built into Lawnvoice may only be used for their intended purposes within the application. You may not:
  • Extract or reverse-engineer AI models
  • Use AI features for purposes outside of Lawnvoice's functionality
  • Attempt to access AI tools through unauthorized methods
  • Use the AI for generating content unrelated to lawn service invoicing
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Your Data

• You retain ownership of all customer data, invoices, and content you create in Lawnvoice
• You grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the Service
• You are responsible for backing up important data
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvements

AI Features

Lawnvoice includes AI-powered tools to assist with invoicing tasks. By using these features:

• You acknowledge that AI-generated content should be reviewed before use
• You agree to use AI features solely within the scope of Lawnvoice's built-in functionality
• You understand that AI features are provided "as-is" and results may vary
• You will not attempt to manipulate, extract, or misuse the AI systems

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days
• We reserve the right to delete data after account closure

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lawnvoice is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lawnvoice from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

• Lawnvoice and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service

Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by applicable law
• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits
